Information you provide
When you buy a course, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, order reference, amount, and payment status. We use these details to process and verify the purchase, send course access manually, answer support queries, and handle refunds or disputes.
If you create a classroom account, account and learning-progress information is handled by the classroom service so you can sign in and continue learning.
Payment information
Payment credentials are entered on the payment provider’s secure checkout. Nuviq’s checkout does not ask for or store your full card number, card security code, UPI PIN, or banking password. The provider processes payment information under its own policies. Read the policy for the provider shown on your checkout: Cashfree Privacy Policy or Razorpay Privacy Policy.
Website activity and cookies
Links in Nuviq campaign emails contain a random recipient code. When you follow one, we can associate the link request and recorded landing-page activity with the name and email address assigned that link. Reports distinguish link requests, recognised automated scanners, recorded visits, engagement, and checkout clicks. A forwarded link can be used by someone other than the intended recipient; a checkout click does not confirm a purchase.
Your email address is not included in these links. Recipient reports are restricted to authorised Nuviq administrators. Campaign records are retained without an automatic expiry while this service and its storage remain available. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and the website analytics opt-out. You can use the analytics preferences control in the website footer or contact us about your data.
Nuviq uses first-party website analytics to understand visits and interactions such as section views, button clicks, video activity, and checkout navigation. This helps us improve the website and understand how visitors use it. Analytics preferences can be changed using the link in the course page footer.
Checkout uses necessary cookies to associate your browser with its order and let you check payment status. A temporary checkout retry reference may be stored in your browser so repeated attempts can reuse the same order. Checkout form values are not sent as analytics events.
Service providers and access
Information is processed using services that operate the website, classroom, payments, and data storage, including Cloudflare, Google/Firebase, and the payment provider. Authorised Nuviq administrators use purchase information for course delivery and support. Some classroom or analytics history may also be retained in private backup storage.
Retention and requests
Purchase and support records are retained for course delivery, payment reconciliation, refunds, disputes, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Classroom and analytics history may be retained to support ongoing learning and reporting. Different systems and backups may retain information for different periods.
